::Evil Angel::
Season
It is currently summer. Prey is plump and plentiful, and the weather is usually welcoming. The lands even seem to be doing okay with their water sources.

Weather
In favor of summer, the skies are cloudless, and the lands are warm and sunny. There hasn't been too much rain, but a drought isn't likely at the moment.

Welcome to Evil Angel, a higher intermediate to advanced fantasy wolf-based RPG.

Last Update:
8-11-08

As of current, EA has a great need for Alphas for all three packs. We've gained a lot of new members, but RPing anything at this point would be difficult without Alphas. Anyone interested should PM Snow or FBK.

::So enjoy!::

::Heavenly Lands::
[ ]Sirius Shrine
One of the ancient shrines of the High Pantheon, Sirius. The shrine has been around since before the time of Winter's treachery, and has been lovingly cared for ever since. The shrine isn't extremely ornate, and appears rather plain. There is a simple statue of Sirius built into the stone wall at the back of the shrine, with the Pantheons wings spread, and his muzzle pointed at an alter in the shrines center. The Alter is used mostly for offerings, such as signs of good will toward the Pantheon, or a plea for a lost loved one's soul to find peace.

The Heavenly pack of wolves make their home around this shrine. As it is built inside of the mountain, so are the dens that the wolves use as shelter from the elements. The Alphas den is closest to the shrine itself, since the Alpha is supposed to have the closest relationship with the Pantheon, with the various other dens being scattered about the mountainside in varying distances.

[ ]Heavens Valley
Heavens Valley, as it is called by the Heavenly wolves, is the last remainder to a destroyed paradise. The only place in all the Heavenly Lands to remain as it was since the ancient magic that protected the land was removed.

The valley is a lush green place, where wildflowers of all colors and sizes bloom everywhere in the warmer seasons. To one side of the valley, a spring wells up from deep bellow the ground and spills over into several rocky pools, and eventually down into the stream that circles the southern border of the valley. On the other sides, a thick forest guards the valley from the jealous stares of those not allowed to enter. The forest is saturated with life, from the smallest insect to the largest deer, and is one of the main places where Heavenly wolves hunt.

[ ]The Talons
At the foot of the mountain, close enough to the Sirius shrine that mothers worry their pups might wander off and find it, lie The Talons. A stone ridge marks the start of the rough, rocky land. The Talons are named for the sharp, talon-like shapes of the rocks that jut up and rake at the sky. Wolf may find it's was down from the ridge into The Talons via a dangerous path built into the side of the ridge by some unknown force. But then, why would anyone venture into the barren and dangerous wasteland?

The sharp rocks aren't the only problems either. Snakes and other venomous creatures inhabit the crevices of the Talons, waiting for some form of prey to wander by. Perhaps most disturbing, though, is the bones of some long dead Pantheon at the center of the gorge. The Pantheon was said to have fallen from the top of the mountain and crashed to it's death in the wasteland below. The Pantheons above feared to send anyone to recover their dead comrade, and The Talons was forever deemed a cursed place.
00
[ ]White Forest
On the southern side of the Heavenly lands lies a forest unlike any other. By some strange phenomena, everything in the forest has been bleached white. Everything, from the soil to the leaves on the trees is a solid white. As a result of the white landscape, the animals within are all albino, the better to blend in. Darker colored wolves don't usually venture into the forest, as they're incredibly easy to see.
00
[ ]The Cascades
In a truly beautiful location on the Heavenly Lands in a series of waterfalls, all shimmering with a natural beauty of an untainted land. There are about eight in all, some on top of the others, and many larger then others, but they all lead to one spot; the crystal Pool. It was dubbed that by ancient wolves when they first saw the place, since the water in the pool was so pure and clear that one could see everything below it's surface, or count the stars reflected there if it was that time of day.

Behind the waterfalls that fill the crystal pool are several caves that have been carved out by centuries of water breaking down over the rock face. A wolf desiring a moment of privacy may decide to seek out one of these caves, so long as they don't mind getting wet.

::Neutral Lands::
[ ]Eroded Hillside
Once, the Eroded Hillside was a proud and tall hill in the center of neutral wolf territory. It was a bit windswept, as it stood above the surrounding trees which would have otherwise offered some shelter. The pitiful saplings and small plants that grew on the hill eventually bowed with the wind and the hillside started to crumble.

To one side of the hill and after a rather sudden drop, the few trees left are almost completely horizontal, and clumps of the hill have fallen to the ground below. Rats and other such animals dig burrows in the loosely packed earth, only making the process of the hills demise that much easier. On the other side of the hill, however, it still looks almost as it did in the old times, only much smaller.
00
[ ]Moon Rock
This mysterious rock lies in the midst of trees near the Eroded Hillside. There are many urban legends explaining how the rock appeared there. Most of which are not true, and were formed by elder wolves who wanted to entertain pups.

The rock is rather large with craters in its otherwise smooth surface. On cloudless nights, moonlight hits the rock perfectly, changing it from a gray color to silver. The rock is a great place for a wolf deep in thought to come and think.
00
[ ]Abandoned Den
In an area dangerously close to The Grays, there is a gaping hole in the earth. The hole is the entrance to a short tunnel. Any wolf that ventures down the tunnel will soon find themselves in a large underground den. The den used to be able to fit every neutral wolf in its walls, but times have changed.

As the pack grew, the den seemed to shrink. The original purpose of the den was eventually lost as neutral wolves began seeking shelter elsewhere. Now, the entrance is hidden by tall weeds. The den itself is occupied by voles and other small mammals.
00
[ ]The Grays
Un-fondly dubbed The Grays by the wolves who inhabit neutral territory, this area is one of debate between neutral and demonic wolves. While neutral wolves prefer not to get in the middle of the demonic's power thirst, nor the Heavenly's crazed righteousness, they find themselves scrabbling with the Demonic wolves frequently over who owns the area. The Grays are bordered by the Carcass Wall, which the Demonic's built long ago to try to end the dispute. However, neutral wolf leaders were furious over the walls construction and refuse to acknowledge the claim.

So, neutral wolves frequently leap the Carcass wall to explore and hunt in the area known to them as The Grays, much to the Demonic wolves rage. On some occasions, neutral wolves have even been known to nibble at bones or pick at remaining flesh on the Carcass Wall in an attempt to let the Demonic wolves know that they won't relinquish hold the area.

::Demonic Lands::
[ ]Fallen Winter Shrine
Once Winter left the original Pantheon mountain, her shrines were torn down by Sirius' followers. The remains of many were left to rot, although this one was recovered with the help of a heavenly wolf. Once brought back, there was almost no hope for it, but a few of Winter's worshippers spruced it up. The shrine is a cold blue color with two Winter figures on either side. Inside, the walls are stained red as a reminder of Winter's accomplishment. There is also a small moss bed where offerings are usually placed.

The shrine sits in the farthest corner of Demonic Land, and every den seems to spread out from that point. The wolves that chose this location believe that a true Winter worshipper should make the journey out to the shrine. Their time an energy is a sacrifice to show her their dedication.

00
[ ]Carcass Wall
A wall separates Demonic from Neutral territory. From afar, it doesn't look odd in any way. But once closer, you can recognize a putrid odor being given off. The wall is made up of animal carcasses. Although most have become nothing more than bone, a few still have flesh on them. Neutral wolves distance themselves from the wall because most can't stand the smell. The wall was originally built when neutral wolves began stealing prey from the demonic. It now stands around ten feet tall and stretches as far as the Neutral Lands do.

Vultures and other scavengers are found scouting the area all the time. This makes the place a good hunting spot for the demonic. Occasionally, pups that sleep in dens nearby like to try climbing the wall for fun.
00
[ ]Red Water
Near the center of the Demonic Lands sits a pool of water. The pool is somewhat shallow and the water appears clean. The dirt at the bottom is a reddish color, hence the name. There are fish that can be seen swimming near the bottom, but most are small minnows, which are left alone because of their size.

The pool was once the packs' only water source. But over time, small streams began trickling off the body of water. Now the water is spread out over the territory.
00
[ ]Thorn Forest
In a corner of the Demonic Lands, all that stands is a huge clump of trees and ferns. The entrance is lined with bushes of brier and roses. The forest may look intimidating from the outside, but venturing inside is worth it. Rabbits, deer and other various mammals roam through the brush freely, making the place a perfect hunting ground.

The inside of the forest is very shady due to its large, thick canopy. By nightfall, it's usually pitch black. There are also small patches of thorns growing on the ground, enough to scare any other wolf, besides the demonic, out.
00
[ ]Rock Field
On the outskirts of Winter's mountain lies a crumbling and dry field. This field suffered from a drought many seasons ago. Its lush grass concealed families of rabbits and field mice. There was even a small pond a little ways off from the foot of the mountain.

Now the field seems rather lifeless except for a few willow trees and small patches of weeds, occasionally a rabbit that scuffles through. The soil has become very rocky and lacks proper nutrition for anything new to grow. There is usually a painful silence in the area, which makes it a good place for demonic wolves to scheme.
